Delivery

Each piece is made to order to ensure premium quality and craftsmanship. Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days, though international shipping times may vary depending on location and customs procedures. Gentlemancarworld is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or factors beyond our control.

Framed Prints

All framed posters arrive ready to hang, including a complete hanging kit. Minor variations in color or tone may occur due to different screen calibrations — these do not qualify as defects.

Returns & Replacements

As every order is custom-made, we only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

If this occurs, contact us within 14 days of delivery at our official support address with clear photographs of the issue.

Once verified, we will replace or refund the item at our discretion.

We cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or minor aesthetic variations.

Order Cancellations

Because all products are made to order, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.

Duties & Taxes

International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon delivery. These are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer. GentlemanCarWorld does not cover or reimburse such charges.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While rare, if a shipment is delayed or lost by the carrier, we will assist in tracking it down. However, GentlemanCarWorld is not liable for losses caused by courier or customs delays once the item has been dispatched.

All artwork, product photography, and written content featured on this website are the intellectual property of GentlemanCarWorld. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of any material without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Quality & Authenticity

Each print and frame is produced with care through our premium production partners. Variations inherent to handcrafted or printed products are considered part of their unique character, not a flaw.
